François Leblanc et le 107 RIVOLI mettent LA HOLLANDE à l'honneur !
La Hollande est à l’origine d'un grand renouveau dans le design
contemporain, un souffle alternatif, conceptuel et engagé. Depuis plus de 15
ans elle donne naissance à des créations qui ont changé le regard du monde. De
ces créations, pas question de déjà faire une rétrospective...Juste un arrêt
sur image.
Avec DROOG, Richard Hutten, Ineke Hans et tous les artistes de la jeune et très dynamique maison d’édidion GOODS, POP CORN a le bonheur de contribuer à une exposition étonnante, visible jusqu’à la mi-février 2008 dans les locaux du Musée des Arts Décoratifs / 107 rue de Rivoli, 75001 PARIS

DONNA AU PAYS DES CHIMERES.
Entrer dans l’univers de Donna Wilson c’est entamer un grand voyage au pays des chimères, surréaliste et espiègle, parfois un brin subversif.
Les matières sont douces, chaudes, les couleurs chatoyantes. Mais les personnages sont vraiment étranges ! Toutes les conceptions de formes, de taille et de couleur sont revisitées. Et gare aux apparences qui sont souvent trompeuses, les plus malfaisants sont rarement ceux qu’on croit…
Fabriquées à la main en Grande Bretagne, les créatures de Donna Wilson ne sont certes pas des jouets d’enfants mais peuvent néanmoins être adoptées par tous.

Une soirée d'exception dans un lieu unique... Le Groupe MARAZZI France a présenté, ce 30 octobre 2007, ses dernières créations sous l'éclat des facettes de la Pyramide du Louvre. La lampe JACK LIGHT (Tom Dixon) et la console KEITH (Richard Shed) s'invitent à l'évènement.

Exposition TOKYO au Bon Marché (invité d'honneur Tsumori Chisato). Du 25 août au 13 octobre 2007. Loin de la caricature, une selection qui redonne un goût excitant à cette grande mégalopole.
En guest star vous retrouvez les porte-documents et protège-documents : Furoshiki Shiki designé par Samira Boon. Une superbe collection aux couleurs fluos et acidulées avec cette innovante façon de se refermer grâce à la propriété magnétique du vynil.
A l'origine, le furoshiki (風呂敷) est une enveloppe japonaise traditionnelle, en tissu, utilisée pour transporter des vêtements, des cadeaux, le bentô... Cette nouvelle version du furoshiki, en vinyl magnétique coloré, redonne une modernité astucieuse et élégante à l'objet utilitaire et traditionnel.

Dans sa dernière installation, l’artiste Allemand Rehberger Tobias explore
la sphère la plus large possible du design et de l’architecture structurales,
proposant des raccordements fortuits et des rencontres inattendues.
Avec On Otto, Rehberger déconstruit le processus de production d’un le film
tout en renversant l’oeuvre en question; commençant par l’affiche pour terminer
avec le scénario.
Une attention toute particulière aux artistes Kuntzel+Deygas qui signent l'excellent générique de cette oeuvre souligné par une musique d'Ennio Moricone.
